Thought Control is the Power to Create Wealth and Health
The Human mind is a wonderfully vast and powerful thing. More so I think than many of us realize.
In my experience it is a person’s state of mind that is the cause of the state of their life. This includes everything from health and wealth to relationships and happiness.
Life doesn’t just happen to us. We create our circumstances by the way we think. This is perhaps a controversial statement given the prevalence of such ills as cancer and poverty, but within it is a ray of hope.
By accepting full responsibility for ones situation in life one gets the power to create wealth and health.
I believe that holding negative thoughts in the conscious mind feeds the subconscious those same negative thought patterns. Because the subconscious mind is in control of the sympathetic nervous system this negative thought energy gets into the whole body.
This will affect relationships because other people can feel that and don’t like it. Just look at your own experience. Have you ever been around someone who is constantly negative? How does it feel? Did you find yourself wanting to be around them? Do you want to do business with someone like that?
I certainly do not. In fact I go so far as to cut people out of my life who are like that. I refuse to spend time around anyone who is chronically negative. Life is too precious and short to waste it on anyone like that. It is a choice after all, and anyone can choose to be positive.
Human Beings have absolute control over our their thoughts. In fact that is the only thing that we have absolute control over. And as such we have the right, and the responsibility to guard over and choose carefully how we think.
Thought is very powerful. Thinking is the mind in action, and mind is universal. The universe is mental in nature. Without thought the universe would remain static and formless. Thought is creative and gives rise to form.
Therefore it is through thought that we as humans create the circumstances of our lives. Many of us have been doing this unconsciously. Taking conscious control of this process gives us the power to create wealth and health.
It’s easy to get caught up in all kinds of drama and negative thinking. Then it becomes a habit to think that way and to blame others for the negative things that happen to us in life. It is each individual’s responsibility to claim his or her own power.
The process by which this is done entails both a deprogramming and a reprogramming of thought patterns. Thinking is habitual. Therefore we need to both cease the old negative thinking habit, as well as instill a new positive thinking habit.
How do we do this? It begins with recognizing our own negative thought patterns. Notice when you complain about something. Notice when you resent something. Notice when you are afraid of something. Notice it and let it go. Realize that’s not how you want to think and tell your self to STOP!
Put in its place a new positive thought that solves the problem. For example if you find yourself complaining that you don’t have enough money, stop that thought! Put in its place the thought ‘I always have enough money’.
Is that thought true right now? How does it help the fact that you don’t have enough money to pay your bills this week? What good will it do?
You are sending messages to your subconscious mind every time you have a thought, and it believes what you are thinking. It will then go about creating the conditions that you are giving it. So feed it the thoughts you want come true.
Will changing that one thought this one time make any difference? It probably won’t. Because changing a habit is a cumulative process. It takes time and effort to build up momentum. It will take vigilance to stop every negative thought and replace it with a positive one. It will slowly become a habit. Eventually you will stop it before you even think it, and have the new thought automatically.
That’s when you will start having the power to create wealth. Perhaps you will start managing your money more wisely, or maybe you will find a better job that pays you more. Something inside of you will change and cause the external conditions of your life to change as well.
I imagine that to the regular person who has not been exposed to this concept before it may seem a little far fetched. But I am writing from personal experience.
I hated my life, and felt like I wasn’t good enough for anything, and consequently failed at or quit almost everything I tried to do. Now I know that the only way to fail is to quit.
The fact is that I was living in fear and it controlled my thinking. That sucked. And I was miserable enough that I decided to do something about it. That was sixteen years ago.
I started going to self-help seminars and practicing what I learned there. I read dozens of self-help and psychology books, and implemented the teachings into my life. Eventually I decided to go to a school for the healing arts to learn about the healing process and how we can help it to work faster and better.
I became a master of subtle energy healing, have conquered my fear and completely turned my life around. But I didn’t stop there. After accomplishing what I had set out to do I remained unsatisfied. I also wanted to be wealthy.
Thus began my journey into the realm of wealth creation mindset, and developing the power to create wealth. I have learned that wealthy people think differently than middle class and poor people. That ’s what makes the difference. It is not a matter of inborn talent, or being born into the right family, or even having everything handed to you as a kid. It is all a matter of how we think.
Taking control of our thinking by making a habit of stopping negative unproductive thoughts, and implanting positive productive thoughts is how it is done. It takes time. It’s difficult. But you have the choice to do what is difficult and live a healthy and wealthy life, or do what’s easy and live a mediocre life at best. http://hortonsendeavoring.net Joshua Horton is a stand for personal freedom.
