Every now and then I get something quite wonderful via e-mail. I have shared these with you before and I am going to share another one today. I have seen it before but not in such nice format. I regret that I don’t know who authored this or who formatted this version. Who-ever-you-are thank you so much.

About Irene: Irene Conlan has a master's degree in nursing, with a major in nursing administration and a minor in psychiatric nursing.
