Allison Maslan is the Originator, Master Personal Coach and President of the Blast Off! Life, Career and Business Success System, a highly acclaimed Author, an international Motivational and Inspirational Speaker, the Inventor and Developer for Blastation, an Interactive Life Coaching Software, and the President of the Homeopathic Wellness Center where she practices as a Nationally Certified Homeopath and Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner. Allison has been an entrepreneur for the past twenty-five years (she started young) and has a vibrant and powerful array of successful businesses to her credit. She has also created an extensive, growing list of people she has personally coached to become successful career professionals or start their own businesses and become successful entrepreneurs themselves
When she was in her twenties, Allison became Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Barali Group, a full-service advertising and public relations firm. Her client list included Supercuts, Allstate Insurance, Merrill Lynch, Charlotte Russe and MCI. She also co-developed, co-owned and sold a scuba-diving certification program, Dive Pro San Diego, as well as a hair salon. And, as a successful real estate investor, Allison manages several properties and coaches others to do the same.
She is the author of many well-received articles in local, national and international publications. Blast Off! The Surefire Success Plan to Launch Your Dreams into Reality (Morgan James Publishing, 2010), her first book, has been followed up with an accompanying workbook and a newly released audio book.

Through her years of working with clients and students, Allison has come to understand how and why human beings create their own personal limits in every aspect of their lives, including: relationships, personal joy, career, health, business, prosperity and spirituality.
