I was giving myself a New Year’s treat today, a wonderful manicure, and I said to Sarah, the talented manicurist, “What are your business goals for 2012?

She said in a resigned tone, “I would love to grow my business, but to make more money I have to work a lot more hours and I am overwhelmed as it is.”
