Obesity is big news these days – pun intended.

Obesity is a growing health problem because of the serious ripple effect it has on all areas of health. The four leading causes of death – heart disease, diabetes, stroke and cancer – are all associated with obesity. That’s a fact.

We don’t need to go into detail about the problem. We only need to mingle in a crowd of people and take a good look at those around us.
