Caught in the world wide web of life, we have forgotten who we are and what we are capable of. It’s time to reclaim our true power.

STEP INTO YOUR GREATNESS NOW… in THREE simple steps!

Step #1: Respect your body and take care of it

“To keep the body in good health is a duty… otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.” ~Buddha

Our body is truly amazing! Trillions of cells. Organs. Organ systems. All working in perfect order and unison, coordination, collaboration and balance. Executing a zillion complex and extraordinary functions each day! And it all began with just two teeny-weeny cells?

Did you know that our body recreates itself every 5 years, that there is no single old cell in the body at that time? Yet, we hardly see/feel anything out of place? Isn’t it remarkable considering all that goes into a product release and upgrade – version control, quality control, design control, program and project management, enhancements, maintenance, delivery, production etc? To think all these take place so seamlessly and effortlessly?

There are people who take better care of their cars than they take care of their bodies. Love your body and appreciate all that it does for you to keep you in good health and shape.

Step #2: Get out of the box and tap into your intuition

Functionally, the mind can be divided into emotional mind, rational mind and intuitive mind. The rational mind allows us to think, reason, use logic, analyze. It helps us concretize an idea or an insight by applying rationale and logic to it, breaking it down into smaller and smaller units. The emotional mind helps us experience the emotion behind a thought.

If the rational mind is the analyzer, the intuitive mind is the synthesizer. It creates the big picture out of all the small details. It is that sudden flash of insight that makes everything crystal clear – you know it, you believe it and you can feel it with your heart. Logic and rationale come later.

Scientists say that we use less than 10% of our mind power. The mind loves to create patterns and rules from our past experiences and stores them in the subconscious. We create this imaginary box and our thinking is limited to what we have chosen to store in this box.

If Bill Gates stuck to logic and rationale, he would never have dropped out of the prestigious (and highly coveted) Harvard university and there would have been no Microsoft! And if a sixteen-year old Albert Einstein had not wondered what it would be like to travel along a ray of light, we wouldn’t have a great scientist and his groundbreaking theories!

Get out of the box and tap into your intuition! Because the intuitive mind is the gateway to the spirit, it is anabolic and inspires anabolic thoughts, emotions, actions and results.

Step #3: Connect to your spirit and partner with the universe

Our spirit is our real essence. It is the same spirit that pervades this universe, the Infinite Spirit (some call it Universe, God, Higher Power), the source of all creation. It is the Infinite Source of Wisdom, Intelligence, Will, Creativity, Love and Abundance, an unlimited reservoir of anabolic energy.

We are all spiritual beings. Spirituality is not limited to only a privileged few. Neither does being spiritual mean renouncing the world, body or mind. It is staying connected to our core, expressing our true potential and living a life of fun, fulfillment, purpose, peace, love, joy, success and abundance.

The Infinite Spirit has a solution to every problem, has an answer to every question, has an opportunity for every challenge, has the power to turn every stumbling block into a stepping stone – for every aspect of your life, be it business, career, relationships, or life in general.

The laws of the universe (and nature) are simple (we have unnecessarily complicated and diluted them over ages), straightforward, fair, unbiased and anabolic. They apply equally to every person on this planet, irrespective of country, color, class, caste, creed, culture, religion, race, gender, age, role, education, qualification, business/organization or profession.

When you connect with your spirit, you are essentially partnering with the universe. The stars and planets align just for you. The words impossible and fear cease to exist… and you can accomplish what you want effortlessly!

Life Balance – Mind, Body, Spirit

The other day I was talking about how Triangles are the strongest geometric shape in the world. Its shape is very simple: a flat base with two sides that come together at the top to meet at a point. They are rigid, able to stand freely, and able to support their own weight. They do this against the forces of gravity.

A great example of the triangle’s strength is the Great Pyramid of Khufu in Egypt, built around 2575 BC, it is one of the largest surviving pyramids in the world today, WOW!

When we are balanced; mind, body, spirit, we are like the triangle, we are stronger and can stand freely.

Try this exercise, take a piece of paper and pencil or pen, on the paper draw a triangle.  On the left side of the triangle write the word MIND, on the right side write the word BODY, and at the bottom write the word SPIRIT.  Now in the center of the triangle write your own name.

The POINT is really three points (as a triangle has three points):

If you are NOT taking care of all of the sides; mind, body, or spirit, then you are NOT a triangle anymore – You are OUT OF BALANCE.

When one of these areas of your life is out of balance, in total you are out of balance and lose all your strength – YOU become vulnerable.

To be the woman you were created to be it is imperative to be in balance with all three; mind, body, and spirit.

Are you balanced in your life?  Are you a triangle?

If your answers are NO to both questions, then what can you start to do today to get back into balance? What can you do to get your body healthy from the inside out?  How can you de-clutter and clear your mind?  What are you feeding your spirit?

Create a list of what actions you can and will take to start your “re-balancing” program, enabling you to become a triangle and regain your strength and power.

Do Nothing – Rejuvenate Mind, Body and Spirit

When you feel tired and emotionally worn out, you might be tempted to push yourself to continue with your usual activities. Spending time resting and restoring your energy is far more productive in the end. With only ten to twenty minutes of rest, you can return to your activities refreshed and work more efficiently.

One of the best ways to rest is to do nothing. Find a quiet place, sit comfortably and allow yourself to unwind. Avoid focusing your mind on anything in particular. Allow your thoughts to drift lazily, which will give your mind a rest as well as your body. Taking a short nap (ten – twenty minutes) is very effective to rejuvenate the mind and body.

Many people believe watching TV is a good way to rest, however, this could not be further from the truth. Even though your mind might be only partially engaged, your mind is still engaged and does not have the benefit of focusing on nothing or drifting.

We are taught that doing nothing is counterproductive and lazy, which can cause you to develop the habit of busyness for the sake of busyness. While living productive lives is important you also need periods of rest and quiet in order to recharge your batteries.

When you put aside all activities and allow yourself to do nothing, you immediately begin to feel more balanced and peaceful. The quietness of your mind and body eliminates distractions and allows you to connect on a deeper level with your spiritual center. You will regain your energy and feel more productive again. By resting and relaxing quietly, feelings of fatigue dissipate and will be replaced with energized optimism.

Cycle of Health – Mind, Body and Spirit

In the Western Medicine paradigm of technology and science the primary emphasis is on the physical body and how to treat disease. Thus, Western society has become a society of sickness and disease rather than wellness. Physical health is one-third the equation for wholeness and healthiness. Western Medicine over looks the other two – emotional and spiritual.

The cycle of wholeness and health seeks to attune the person’s mind, body and spirit to the needs and messages of the body, as well as, to the natural means the body uses to maintain health. Similar to the balancing cycles in nature, such as the sun and rain nourishing crops, Ayurveda tradition observes the natural cycles of detoxification and rejuvenation that are ever present in the human physiology.

To maintain health, the body needs to rid itself of damaging and unwanted elements – [detoxification] and supply necessary nutrients [rejuvenation] in a balanced fashion. Through combining botanicals in a manner that promotes mild detoxification and cellular rejuvenation this promotes the natural cycle of body health. The result is the enjoyment of new levels of health and well-being in body, mind, and spirit.

By examining how an herb or fruit affects the physiology, Ayurveda establishes how different botanicals can affect the mind, [emotions], the subtle energies of the body, and ultimately the spirit. Ayurveda teaches that each area of health is interdependent.

Mind-Body Wellness – What Does Spirit Have to Do With It?

For some of us, attaining mind-body wellness appears to be a daunting task. Some of us are so accustomed to seeking and finding our favorite ways to avoid feeling uncomfortable. Depending upon our prior experiences and personal preferences, we may turn to a specific familiar and comfortable activity to avoid self-reflecting and facing our own internal, and sometimes painful, emotions. We may choose an obvious addictive-type activity, such as abusing chemical substances, pharmaceuticals and recreational drugs, compulsive sexual behaviors, workaholism, or gambling or we may chooses a less obvious avoidance activity such as excessive exercise, uncontrollable shopping, or even emotional outbursts and excessive talking.

Our internal and external energy fields are affected by the people and environments we gravitate toward. Our physical vibration actually synchronizes with others. It is common knowledge that two young ladies who spend a lot of time together tend to develop synchronous menstrual cycles. However, most of us do not realize that all of our organ systems and brain patterns also synchronize with those around us.

Studies are finding that overweight people who spend time with overweight people or happy people who spend time with other happy people, tend to sustain their current weight, current attitudes, and current demeanor. However, if an overweight person is surrounded by thin, health conscious friends and colleagues, that person may begin to synchronize and more easilyn make choices that help him or her to lose weight. A happy person surrounded by depressed and negative people may gradually lose his or her positive outlook and happy smile.

How can a person begin to alter a lifestyle that is not leading to mind-body wellness?

First step is always AWARENESS

Pay attention and tell yourself the truth about where you are currently on the mind-body wellness continuum.

Second step is to OBSERVE your thoughts and actions.

Acknowledge how these affect your choices and behaviors that alter your mind-body wellness.

Third step is to FEEL your energy level.

Consciously notice whether you have a high, medium, low or hyperactive level of energy and determine what factors may be related to your current energy level.

Fourth step is to TUNE INTO your emotions.

Determine whether your emotions are balanced and within your conscious control or if they are either excessively controlled or unpredictable and out of your conscious control.

Fifth step is to REALIZE AND DEFINE your passion.

If your passion and joy is elicited by negative, self-defeating, harmful or even illegal activities, you need to dig deep inside your mind, body and spirit to discover the core truth about your passion that has somehow been repressed.

Sixth step is to RECREATE your passion.

Seek and find that high level of focus, intensity, animation and pleasure that you have either completely suppressed or have placed into an unproductive pursuit.

Seventh step is to ACCESS your own inner being.

Find a way to access your inner spirit, your soul, the wise one within you,

Through some form of focused internal activity that leads to personal relaxation, contemplation, meditation, and spiritual connection.

Eighth step is to find a systematic way to RE-TRAIN your own mind.

Scientists have discovered the brain’s neuroplasticity, it’s ability to adapt and change and create new pathways, brain patterns and brain maps throughout life.

Finally, as you begin to regain your own mind-body wellness, you are able to grasp the concept that everyone and everything is energetically connected. You begin to understand that we are all spiritual beings claiming our own birthright to the enjoyment of the wonders of creation.

When your own mind and body are finally in balance, you naturally connect to a place of depth within your own self, a place of spiritual alignment. Life becomes easier, less of a struggle, less of sense of fighting upstream. Life becomes less of an effort to “do” something and more and more of a willingness to “allow” life to unfold gracefully.

What does it take to create such a high level of mind-body wellness? All it takes is a sincere desire and taking daily small steps, one day at a time, one situation at a time, one moment at a time, even one thought at a time. The road to mind-body wellness is a very simple, straight and narrow path. It is available to all who seek it.

Self-Care-Mind, Body, Spirit

One of the most important life enhancing activities one needs to give oneself is usually considered self-indulgence—taking care of one’s mind, body and spirit.  The majority of people take better care of their cars and pets than they do themselves.

Yes, we all do the obligatory items—brush our teeth, take a shower, use deodorant, comb our hair, eat three meals a day, exercise, hobbies, socialize and take vacations. However, the concept of taking care of one’s mind, body and spirit as a holistic system is a foreign concept.  Western society is entirely focused outward—focusing on our lives as a holistic system is considered for those who are self-indulgent, self-absorbed, self-centered people.

You deserve to take care of your mind, body and spirit as a holistic system and not just when you have a symptom that can not be ignored or when you have gotten a raise, won the Nobel Prize or have a six-figure income or more.

Holistic, Metaphysical, Energy or Mind, Body, Spirit self-care has existed since the beginning of time amid religious beliefs and practices, along with the mystery, superstition, fear, and misunderstanding. Holistic Healing is now becoming recognized regardless of what anyone chooses to believe or think. Ask almost anyone about their spiritual well-being and they will probably tell you, “Yeah, I am a spiritual person, I go to church frequently.” Therein, the confusion arises out of the association of healing with religion. The majority of people, including religious leaders, do not understand the difference.

Definition: “HEAL” 1. To restore to health or soundness, 2. To set right, repair, 3. To restore a person to spiritual wholeness, 4. To become whole and sound, to return to health.

Definition: “SPIRIT” 1. The vital principle or animating force within living beings, Incorporeal consciousness. There are about twelve more elaborations mostly to do with various religious implications.

Definition: “RELIGION” 1. Belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator and governor of the universe, 2. A set of beliefs, values and practices based on the teachings of a religious doctrine.

Thus, based on Western philosophy common interpretations of how things ‘ARE’, many paradoxes are created. The resultant effect is confusion and un-wellness. The Truth, as Carl Jung and others have carefully worded in their writing, is this: Every Thing in the universe is Energy and Consciousness. How anyone thinks or feels about that Fact cannot change it. The purpose of All religions is the recognition that humans have a part of themselves that is not physical and there is a need to explore and experience this aspect of themselves. Part of the intent is to discover one’s purpose and to live in the best way possible. Another part of that goal also includes the attainment of Truth and Spiritual Wellness. However, the result of religious teachings with regard to our Spiritual health has been an abysmal failure. If the most important aspect of our being is our Spiritual self, and it has been neglected, it is a miracle we have existed this long.

Many churches are in a state of extreme confusion in an attempt to avoid accepting the “Truth.” The greatest struggle is how to incorporate all the now known knowledge and assimilate it into the religious dogma and theology. The problem is the impossibility of reconciling the obvious flaws in most theology and doctrine. The obvious shortcomings and how political and nationalistic and other special interests and agendas have resulted in a history filled with disappointment, tragedy, confusion and religious wars.
In many cultures it has always been thought and/or known that we are spiritual beings, the biggest exception is in western industrialized cultures that we believe we are people who happen to have a soul. Eastern philosophy believes we are a soul first, housed in this thing called a ‘body.’

The most beautiful and simple interpretation of how everything ‘IS’ can be found in the Native American tradition. “Everything in the universe is Spirit, each thing in it is of the same Spirit and it is all Connected.” This is exactly what we are beginning to understand in science and quantum physics, that everything in the universe is made of the same thing and has a consciousness about it. The two things that frustrate scientists the most is the fact that all these things operate across time, space and dimensions they do not yet understand, and the ability of things to operate on inter-dimensional and multi-dimensional levels. A high degree of new understanding about the science and physics of what spiritual really means is now mostly coming from independent researchers. High-tech and aerospace research physicists and scientists, all seem to have a more concise and accurate understanding of Spirit and the Spiritual than those from a theological background.

The Reality and The Truth of Spirit—In plain language, there is only One God or Universal Energy that Is Everything. There is only One Consciousness. We are only one individuated expression of The One. All the dogma, theology and religious beliefs anyone chooses to pile on this truth is commonly referred to as Bunk. It is the lack of true knowledge and the application of these distortions, which have been the source of all emotional, physical and spiritual problems. Spirit is alive, it is something that is lived and experienced, the surest way to destroy or suppress it is to organize it and institutionalize it.
Spiritual Experiences teach us: Everything we think or feel affects oneself and others. We need to realize every feeling—anger, fear, hate, sadness, judgment—are mind generated emotions and need to be modified or eliminated. Left to fester—anger, fear, hate, sadness, judgment, creates physical reactions. For every physical reaction, a.k.a. symptoms—i.e. colds, cancer, MS, and everything from A to Z, there is a direct link to mind generated emotions. When these mind generated emotions are eliminated and the wounds created from long term and dysfunctional expressions are healed, the physical manifestation labeled as illness by Western Medicine is eliminated.

The bottom line is Health and Well-Being in Western philisophy is affected by two factions—Doctors and Ministers. Doctors are trained as mechanics who work on the physical mechanism. They are in the Business of “Treatment.” They are Not Trained in the “Art of Healing”. Most doctors do not even understand the most rudimentary concepts of Healing. Most do not realize how they can produce damage and even induce death sentences on their patients.

There is little difference in the effects produced by an intentional damaging curse or a prayer prayed improperly, bad advice or simply some random negative thought. Ministers are trained in traditional theosophical dogmatic perceptions specific to the cultural religious views they ascribe to. Most people have little concept about True Spirituality or how the universe really operates. As a consequence they convey misinformation, half-truths, superstitions and fears along with a multitude of associated damaging information into a person’s consciousness. The result of which is Confusion and Paradox—which leads to distress, disease and un-wellness.

Both the good in our lives and the dis-eases we have are the results of our experiences, conditioning and beliefs. It is the experiences, conditioning and beliefs that are counter to our true nature that causes the damage. No matter how dire a client’s predicament seems to be, I Know if they are ‘Willing’ to do the emotional and spiritual work of releasing old habits, beliefs and forgiving, everything can be healed. The word ‘incurable’ used by Western Medicine really only means that the person can not be ‘cured’ by ‘outer’ methods and that they must Go Within to effect their healing. One of the most important life enhancing activities one needs to give oneself is usually considered self-indulgence—taking care of one’s mind, body and spirit.  The majority of people take better care of their cars and pets than they do themselves.

Yes, we all do the obligatory items—brush our teeth, take a shower, use deodorant, comb our hair, eat three meals a day, exercise, hobbies, socialize and take vacations. However, the concept of taking care of one’s mind, body and spirit as a holistic system is a foreign concept.  Western society is entirely focused outward—focusing on our lives as a holistic system is considered for those who are self-indulgent, self-absorbed, self-centered people.

You deserve to take care of your mind, body and spirit as a holistic system and not just when you have a symptom that can not be ignored or when you have gotten a raise, won the Nobel Prize or have a six-figure income or more.

Holistic, Metaphysical, Energy or Mind, Body, Spirit self-care has existed since the beginning of time amid religious beliefs and practices, along with the mystery, superstition, fear, and misunderstanding. Holistic Healing is now becoming recognized regardless of what anyone chooses to believe or think. Ask almost anyone about their spiritual well-being and they will probably tell you, “Yeah, I am a spiritual person, I go to church frequently.” Therein, the confusion arises out of the association of healing with religion. The majority of people, including religious leaders, do not understand the difference.

Definition: “HEAL” 1. To restore to health or soundness, 2. To set right, repair, 3. To restore a person to spiritual wholeness, 4. To become whole and sound, to return to health.

Definition: “SPIRIT” 1. The vital principle or animating force within living beings, Incorporeal consciousness. There are about twelve more elaborations mostly to do with various religious implications.

Definition: “RELIGION” 1. Belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator and governor of the universe, 2. A set of beliefs, values and practices based on the teachings of a religious doctrine.

Thus, based on Western philosophy common interpretations of how things ‘ARE’, many paradoxes are created. The resultant effect is confusion and un-wellness. The Truth, as Carl Jung and others have carefully worded in their writing, is this: Every Thing in the universe is Energy and Consciousness. How anyone thinks or feels about that Fact cannot change it. The purpose of All religions is the recognition that humans have a part of themselves that is not physical and there is a need to explore and experience this aspect of themselves. Part of the intent is to discover one’s purpose and to live in the best way possible. Another part of that goal also includes the attainment of Truth and Spiritual Wellness. However, the result of religious teachings with regard to our Spiritual health has been an abysmal failure. If the most important aspect of our being is our Spiritual self, and it has been neglected, it is a miracle we have existed this long.

Many churches are in a state of extreme confusion in an attempt to avoid accepting the “Truth.” The greatest struggle is how to incorporate all the now known knowledge and assimilate it into the religious dogma and theology. The problem is the impossibility of reconciling the obvious flaws in most theology and doctrine. The obvious shortcomings and how political and nationalistic and other special interests and agendas have resulted in a history filled with disappointment, tragedy, confusion and religious wars.
In many cultures it has always been thought and/or known that we are spiritual beings, the biggest exception is in western industrialized cultures that we believe we are people who happen to have a soul. Eastern philosophy believes we are a soul first, housed in this thing called a ‘body.’

The most beautiful and simple interpretation of how everything ‘IS’ can be found in the Native American tradition. “Everything in the universe is Spirit, each thing in it is of the same Spirit and it is all Connected.” This is exactly what we are beginning to understand in science and quantum physics, that everything in the universe is made of the same thing and has a consciousness about it. The two things that frustrate scientists the most is the fact that all these things operate across time, space and dimensions they do not yet understand, and the ability of things to operate on inter-dimensional and multi-dimensional levels. A high degree of new understanding about the science and physics of what spiritual really means is now mostly coming from independent researchers. High-tech and aerospace research physicists and scientists, all seem to have a more concise and accurate understanding of Spirit and the Spiritual than those from a theological background.

The Reality and The Truth of Spirit—In plain language, there is only One God or Universal Energy that Is Everything. There is only One Consciousness. We are only one individuated expression of The One. All the dogma, theology and religious beliefs anyone chooses to pile on this truth is commonly referred to as Bunk. It is the lack of true knowledge and the application of these distortions, which have been the source of all emotional, physical and spiritual problems. Spirit is alive, it is something that is lived and experienced, the surest way to destroy or suppress it is to organize it and institutionalize it.
Spiritual Experiences teach us: Everything we think or feel affects oneself and others. We need to realize every feeling—anger, fear, hate, sadness, judgment—are mind generated emotions and need to be modified or eliminated. Left to fester—anger, fear, hate, sadness, judgment, creates physical reactions. For every physical reaction, a.k.a. symptoms—i.e. colds, cancer, MS, and everything from A to Z, there is a direct link to mind generated emotions. When these mind generated emotions are eliminated and the wounds created from long term and dysfunctional expressions are healed, the physical manifestation labeled as illness by Western Medicine is eliminated.

The bottom line is Health and Well-Being in Western philisophy is affected by two factions—Doctors and Ministers. Doctors are trained as mechanics who work on the physical mechanism. They are in the Business of “Treatment.” They are Not Trained in the “Art of Healing”. Most doctors do not even understand the most rudimentary concepts of Healing. Most do not realize how they can produce damage and even induce death sentences on their patients.

There is little difference in the effects produced by an intentional damaging curse or a prayer prayed improperly, bad advice or simply some random negative thought. Ministers are trained in traditional theosophical dogmatic perceptions specific to the cultural religious views they ascribe to. Most people have little concept about True Spirituality or how the universe really operates. As a consequence they convey misinformation, half-truths, superstitions and fears along with a multitude of associated damaging information into a person’s consciousness. The result of which is Confusion and Paradox—which leads to distress, disease and un-wellness.

Both the good in our lives and the dis-eases we have are the results of our experiences, conditioning and beliefs. It is the experiences, conditioning and beliefs that are counter to our true nature that causes the damage. No matter how dire a client’s predicament seems to be, I Know if they are ‘Willing’ to do the emotional and spiritual work of releasing old habits, beliefs and forgiving, everything can be healed. The word ‘incurable’ used by Western Medicine really only means that the person can not be ‘cured’ by ‘outer’ methods and that they must Go Within to effect their healing. Mind-Body Wellness – What Does Spirit Have to Do With It?

For some of us, attaining mind-body wellness appears to be a daunting task. Some of us are so accustomed to seeking and finding our favorite ways to avoid feeling uncomfortable. Depending upon our prior experiences and personal preferences, we may turn to a specific familiar and comfortable activity to avoid self-reflecting and facing our own internal, and sometimes painful, emotions. We may choose an obvious addictive-type activity, such as abusing chemical substances, pharmaceuticals and recreational drugs, compulsive sexual behaviors, workaholism, or gambling or we may chooses a less obvious avoidance activity such as excessive exercise, uncontrollable shopping, or even emotional outbursts and excessive talking.

Our internal and external energy fields are affected by the people and environments we gravitate toward. Our physical vibration actually synchronizes with others. It is common knowledge that two young ladies who spend a lot of time together tend to develop synchronous menstrual cycles. However, most of us do not realize that all of our organ systems and brain patterns also synchronize with those around us.

Studies are finding that overweight people who spend time with overweight people or happy people who spend time with other happy people, tend to sustain their current weight, current attitudes, and current demeanor. However, if an overweight person is surrounded by thin, health conscious friends and colleagues, that person may begin to synchronize and more easilyn make choices that help him or her to lose weight. A happy person surrounded by depressed and negative people may gradually lose his or her positive outlook and happy smile.

How can a person begin to alter a lifestyle that is not leading to mind-body wellness?

First step is always AWARENESS

Pay attention and tell yourself the truth about where you are currently on the mind-body wellness continuum.

Second step is to OBSERVE your thoughts and actions.

Acknowledge how these affect your choices and behaviors that alter your mind-body wellness.

Third step is to FEEL your energy level.

Consciously notice whether you have a high, medium, low or hyperactive level of energy and determine what factors may be related to your current energy level.

Fourth step is to TUNE INTO your emotions.

Determine whether your emotions are balanced and within your conscious control or if they are either excessively controlled or unpredictable and out of your conscious control.

Fifth step is to REALIZE AND DEFINE your passion.

If your passion and joy is elicited by negative, self-defeating, harmful or even illegal activities, you need to dig deep inside your mind, body and spirit to discover the core truth about your passion that has somehow been repressed.

Sixth step is to RECREATE your passion.

Seek and find that high level of focus, intensity, animation and pleasure that you have either completely suppressed or have placed into an unproductive pursuit.

Seventh step is to ACCESS your own inner being.

Find a way to access your inner spirit, your soul, the wise one within you,

Through some form of focused internal activity that leads to personal relaxation, contemplation, meditation, and spiritual connection.

Eighth step is to find a systematic way to RE-TRAIN your own mind.

Scientists have discovered the brain’s neuroplasticity, it’s ability to adapt and change and create new pathways, brain patterns and brain maps throughout life.

Finally, as you begin to regain your own mind-body wellness, you are able to grasp the concept that everyone and everything is energetically connected. You begin to understand that we are all spiritual beings claiming our own birthright to the enjoyment of the wonders of creation.

When your own mind and body are finally in balance, you naturally connect to a place of depth within your own self, a place of spiritual alignment. Life becomes easier, less of a struggle, less of sense of fighting upstream. Life becomes less of an effort to “do” something and more and more of a willingness to “allow” life to unfold gracefully.

What does it take to create such a high level of mind-body wellness? All it takes is a sincere desire and taking daily small steps, one day at a time, one situation at a time, one moment at a time, even one thought at a time. Making the Connection – Mind, Body, Spirit

Did you know that when you experience pain either physically or mentally—any pain—it is your body’s way of communicating with you?  Have you ever considered that the origin of this pain may not be connected to the specific part of your body experiencing the pain?  Have you ever wondered if the origin of the pain may be connected to another time or experience in your life that you have forgotten?

Through pain, your body is working to get your attention. The key is to begin to listen.

Your body is resilient and has an incredible capacity to handle stress and emotional issues, it can absorb a lot.  But is it necessary to put your body through all this emotional effort on a regular basis? Is it worth it? When you deny your emotional issues or ignore the fact that your body is stressed out; sooner or later your body breaks down and you experience the pain—diagnosed as migraine headaches, MS, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Cancer, Diabetes, TMJ, PMS, and the list goes on.

You don’t need to play macho with your body, doing the ‘stiff upper lip’ method—‘I’m tough, I can take it,’  ‘I can handle anything,’ or I’m responsible for everyone else’ routine. Whether you pretend you’re OK or not, over a period of time, your body just breaks down. You can give your body a break by beginning to resolve those emotional issues, which are hurting you.

When you experience a pain in your neck, make the connection.  Your neck is where your power to speak resides—the throat chakra. The question is—Are you expressing your truth? Your throat chakra is connected to your feet.  What is going on in your life that you ‘Can’t stand?’, thus causing you to give yourself a pain in the neck.  Who is being a pain in the neck? If you are not addressing your truth, you will get stuck or blocked in life and you will not move forward productively. You may think you are moving forward every day, but, nonetheless, you may be stuck on a particular issue and not really moving forward.  Do you have periods when everything you want to accomplish seems like you are walking up a steep hill or in molasses, even though what you want to accomplish is nothing new and you have done it a hundred times?   Ask yourself, “Do I want to continue this project, or did I say, “Yes,” because I don’t want to say, “No?”  What is your truth?   What do you want? “I will avoid pain, grief, stress, misery.” “What I want is ____.” (State this clearly and precisely.)

Knee pain (problems) originates in the shoulders.  Shoulders represent our ability to carry our experiences in life joyously. We make life a burden by our attitude—taking on responsibility that does not belong to us. If you feel responsible for everyone in your life, that’s a lot of weight and molecules to ‘shoulder.’ With that much weight, no wonder your knees are hurting in their effort to hold up all those people.  Why have surgery to repair or replace your knee(s), when you can eliminate the burden from your knees—and shoulders—and free yourself of the excess weight?  By having surgery you will simply continue to create the same problem and be back to the same predicament in a year or two.

Sinusitis, colds, respiratory issues, earaches and asthma are connected to your first chakra, which holds all your belief systems and your relationships, especially your family–irritation to one person, someone close.

Sinus medicine cannot clear your first chakra of emotional issues lodged in your sinus cavities. Only you have the power to resolve those for yourself.  Herbal supplements can support your immune system so it can do its job, but you still need to clear the emotional issues to completely eliminate sinus issues. You need to uncover the reason for the irritation.

Your jaws are connected to your generative chakra—hips.  The consciousness of TMJ is directly related to the misalignment of this chakra and your creativity. So if you are experiencing TMJ or any jaw misalignment—listen to your truth—Who/what are you angry at? Who/what do you resent? Do you have a desire to have revenge? What are you creating?  Are you clenching your jaws or grinding your teeth—thus blocking yourself from creating a more fulfilling life.

These are merely a few of the many ways our body communicates to us that we need to change something.  From this point forward when your body has pain, ask your body, “What is the pain about?”  Pay attention to the response.  For example:  Close your eyes. Take a deep breath and blow out the breath with a big whoosh.  Ask yourself: “Why do I have a pain in my neck?”  If the thought comes to you that you did something you aren’t comfortable doing—pay attention to that thought.  Expand on that thought.  Maybe you said, ‘Yes,’ to something you didn’t want to do.  Maybe you talked yourself into doing something because someone else did it.  Ask yourself many questions.  If your response leads you to say, I want___.   Notice if the pain you were experiencing has subsided or is completely gone.  If the pain has subsided or is completely gone—you can be certain you have the right answer.  If not, continue to explore and ask the question—What is the pain about?  Initially this process may take several sessions over a few days, before you are certain of the answer.  After you are accustomed to using this technique you will be certain of the answer on the first or second exploration.
