Spread the love

seniors retirementMy social security monthly check covers my rent and my insurance. If I w ant to eat, or buy new shoes, or put gas in the car I have to have other ways. I have looked at a lot of businesses and  they were out of my “retied skill set.” but here is one that I can do—and you can too.

My Store

Let’s just say I shop in my own store— a membership type store like Sam’s or Costco, but

  • I don’t own it.
  • I don’t have overhead.
  • I’m not in charge of shipping.
  • I don’t have to stock the shelves
  • I don’t have any overhead.
  • I don’t have employees.
  • I don’t have an accounts receivable. I never have to bill a customer.
  • I don’t have to make decisions about inventory.

I have products—lots of products— that are environmentally friendly. They are safe for adults, children and animals. They are non-toxic. They are concentrated.  And THEY WORK.

I buy my vitamins, my household cleaning products, my vitamins and supplements, even my lipstick and dog shampoo from this store and I am always pleased with my purchases. They all come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee but I have never had to send anything back.

I don’t have to get in my car and go to the store to shop for them. They are delivered right to my door. I just have to pick up my phone or sit down at my computer and place my order. Those heavy things that I used to dread having to carry in from the car, are most of the things that are delivered. Now I only have to shop for and carry in groceries and paper products. Woo Hoo. What a relief.

One of the great things is that the annual membership fee is very low—a little less than $30.00. I can choose how much I want to buy initially and then I only have to buy a minimal amount monthly–all the things I use all the time and re-stock when I get low or run out. My monthly purchase doesn’t have to exceed $40 although I can buy as much as I wish.

But it gets better. If I tell someone about this store, and they join, I get a percentage of everything they purchase (and the retention rate is 95%. You see, once people realize they can buy such high quality, environment-friendly, non-toxic products at a competitive price they don’t want to buy anywhere else).

And more. I can will my business to my sons so if something happens to me, they will receive the income. As long as people are buying, my sons will be paid.

Residual IncomeAnd that brings us to residual income.

 Residual Income?

Residual income can be compared to something like a royalty…a payment received on a continuous basis for something you did one time. Unlike an override or a commission where it’s just a one-time payment, residuals get paid to you on an ongoing basis from the customer coming back and consuming month after month, year after year.

So. If I tell someone about it and they buy every month I will continue to earn money. I never have to enroll them again. If I tell a lot of people about it and they buy every month, I get paid a percentage of what everyone buys (and the more people I sign up to buy, the greater the percentage becomes). All I have to do besides getting people to sign up is buy my own stuff–stuff that I would buy at the grocery story anyway—and the amount I am required to spend is less than $50.00.

A Question

Let me ask you this. If you have a great meal at a local restaurant and you tell someone to be sure to go there, does the restaurant pay you a percentage of what your friend paid when they went to eat there? If you get a super haircut you tell your neighbor who goes to get a haircut there, does the barber or beautician pay you a percentage of what they charged? If you send someone to the new bakery to pick up their special pastry…you get the idea. Safeway never paid me for telling someone about their store. Neither did Krogers or Target. But now I get paid if you buy shampoo, or laundry detergent or vitamins or whatever. How great is that?

If you’ve ever shared with another person that a business or service was good, you can do this.

The company has been in business since the late 1980s and just continues to grow in products, customers and positive reputation.

If you can make a minimal investment, if you want to live better and if you can use your computer YOU CAN DO THIS. (If you couldn’t use your computer, you wouldn’t be reading this).

If you want to know more, I would be delighted to tell you about it. Just email me at and put “store” in the subject line. The $1 offer ends at the end of January but it this business is still affordable.
