On top of a healthy serving of protein, Greek yogurt also contains carbs, magnesium, and B vitamins. These all aid your body in the energy-making process.

It’s chock full of all the things you need to get through the insanity.

Nuts are a relatively high-calorie food, but you don’t need more than a handful to really pack a punch and charge you back up.

I cannot agree more on that list. I used to resort to sugary foods (donuts, sweets, etc.) and although I got a sparked start, the crash was usually faster than I wanted, and harder than I could handle. Nothing more embarrassing than falling asleep from a sugar crash in a public place!
