You should also quit smoking, as it is linked to a wide array of health conditions and problems, including cancer, stroke, and heart disease.It is important that you reduce stress. Stress is linked to acute back pain, as well as pain in many other key parts of the body. Relax and listen to music in order to lessen stress. Aromatherapy, physiotherapy, and massage therapy may also help reduce stress.
