Not only will they beautify your place, but they’ll also provide a quick escape to nature when you’re in the mood. After exhausting board meetings or draining classes all day, you’ll have Mother Nature waiting at home to give you just the hug that you need!

Find your Spot

Often, your healing place is not your entire home in general, but a particular spot in your house. This may be a lonesome corner in the living room, the sunniest part of your balcony or even the ledge of your bedroom window. Make sure that this favorite spot of yours is free from all the clutter at all times. Take small steps to personalize this space and make it your very own. Nothing facilitates healing like your personal space—one that is familiar and snug.

Make sure that enough sunlight reaches this place because you can never go wrong with a bit of warmth! Are you a typical bookworm?
