In a planner, jot down on which day and ideally, at what time you’ll achieve each of these tasks.
Looking at your week from a bird’s eye view will make it easier for you to squeeze everything you need to do, and it’ll make you realize how much time you have.
Plan the night before
If the thought of planning for an entire week overwhelms you, make it a habit to plan the night before. Knowing exactly what needs to be done the following day helps to minimize stress if you have a busy schedule.
